A few key projects we have been working on across the bridge, tunnel and marine sectors.
MAHSR INVERT BRIDGE
LOCATION: INDIA
The Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) required highly specialized invert bridge for its tunnel boring machines (TBM) for rapid tunnel formations. As a First-in-India engineering requirement, the project demanded unprecedented dimensional tolerances and a zero-margin-for-error fabrication process to support the bullet train corridor.
The Stamenk Solution:
Leveraging our dynamic production model, we bypassed traditional logistical bottlenecks by mobilizing a strictly vetted, specialized fabrication unit. The complex geometry of the steel was rigorously mapped and simulated in our design hub before heavy manufacturing commenced.
The Result:
We successfully delivered a high-precision steel invert bridge that met rigorous international Tunnel Boring Standards, ensuring flawless concrete casting and keeping the client's aggressive construction timeline on track.
The Stamenk Solution:
Our engineering team designed a bespoke telescopic gangway specifically for marine-grade applications. The manufacturing process utilized specialized anti-corrosive welding techniques and required pinpoint precision for the integration of movement over multiple axis for the structure.
TELESCOPIC GANGWAYS
LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA
The project required complex, multi-stage Telescopic gangways for secure ship-to-shore marine access. The structures needed to operate flawlessly under dynamic loads in highly corrosive offshore environments, all while strictly adhering to international maritime safety codes.
The Result:
A robust, fully functional marine access system built to endure extreme offshore conditions. The project successfully bridged the gap between complex digital design theory and heavy-duty physical reality for a major desalination plant.
